Sheena Tosta

As a two-time Olympian and Olympic Silver Medalist, Sheena prides herself on achieving goals and working to be the best at what she sets out to accomplish. She has 12 years of HR Management experience and 20 years of Client Service experience with both small and large businesses. In addition to her work ethic, Sheena also prides herself on having a broad knowledge base and continues to educate herself on the latest HR and Business Operations strategies.

Sheena earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Los Angeles in Cognitive Science with a specialization in Computing. Additionally, she obtained her MBA from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. She holds a Professional Human Resources Certification, SHRM Certified Professional Designation, and certifications in employee engagement and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Sheena is passionate about helping businesses make the most of their resources and talent and finding ways to improve processes and develop policies.
