Shalah Smiling is the Marketing & Social Media Consultant with JLM, and she joined the team in the summer of 2020. She oversees the company’s social media, newsletter, website, and other marketing activities to gain prospective clients and increase overall brand awareness. For Shalah, adding a creative touch is the most rewarding part of the marketing role.
Shalah received a Bachelor of Business Administration Specialization in Marketing and a Master of Business Administration Specialization in Management from Jacksonville University in Florida. Shalah strives to provide clients with a customized and unique touch when it comes to their HR needs.
Outside of work, Shalah enjoys weightlifting, reading, and writing to maintain a balanced and healthy lifestyle, as well as spending time with her friends and family.
