Ladaje Jones

Ladaje Jones serves as the Human Resource Coordinator at JLM HR Consulting, where she plays a vital role in maintaining client files, acting as a liaison between JLM and external clients, and providing essential administrative support. With a strong foundation in human resources and administration, Ladaje brings expertise in recruiting, leadership, training and development, and organizational management. Ladaje also supports all of the compensation projects by providing job description reviews and salary benchmarking.  She assists with preparing the compensation benchmark spreadsheets, calculates the compa ratio, and ensures all data is accurate. 

Ladaje graduated from Governor Western University with a master’s degree in leadership and management. She received her bachelor’s at Florida State University with a major in Human Resource Management.

In her free time, Ladaje loves creating new dishes in the kitchen.
