Sandy Haass
Sandy brings 30 years of broad-based Human Resource Management experience to JLM. She has served organizations large and small, from Fortune 500 to start-up entities within government contracting, nonprofit, consulting, software, energy, broadcast television, and academia.
With the knowledge that people are an organization’s most valuable asset, she is passionate about Recruiting and Talent Acquisition and its distinct impact on organizational success.
Sandy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Maryland at College Park.
Outside of work hours, Sandy enjoys participating in book clubs, cheering on local sports teams, traveling, and spending time with her family, friends, and two dogs.
