Jennifer Gertenbach

Jennifer Gertenbach joins JLM as a Senior Human Resources Consultant in the fall of 2021. Jennifer has 20+ years of experience in designing and delivering human capital strategies for high-growth and M&A efforts. She has a track record for impacting corporate performance and the employee experience. Prior experience includes support of national and international government contractors, commercial IT, healthcare and dental support organization (DSOs), mergers. 

Jennifer has a BS in Clinical Psychology from the University of Oklahoma, with an MA in both Human Resources Management & Organizational Development from Marymount University. Jennifer is a Certified Senior Professional in HR (SPHR).  She also sits on the board of the Human Resources Leadership Forum (HRLF) of Washington, DC. She most recently received the DCA Live 2021 HR Leadership Award.

Jennifer enjoys supporting her daughter and the Wake Forest Demon Deacons and her son at the University of South Carolina home of the Gamecocks! Her “girl” time is spent with girlfriends as a member of the Theater series group. She loves family time with her husband and children the best!
