Michele K. Synegal

Michele K. Synegal began her career on a path that was new and provocative—Diversity & Inclusion. Having earned her Master’s degree in Consciousness Studies, from the Holmes Institute and Bachelor’s degree in Human Relations/Organizational Behavior, University of San Francisco, her goal was and still is, to assist her many clients in developing and implementing strategies to improve productivity, innovativeness and, create cultures of inclusion for all employees. The emergence of the diverse workforce required more sophisticated leadership skills. These changes lead her to establish a Leadership Development Institute for future leaders. For more than 25 years, her consulting firm has successfully worked with private and public sector companies to achieve their business objectives.

Twice cited in Newsweek Magazine as an expert on the changing demographics of America’s corporate suites, Michele K. Synegal has literally built her entire career on affecting change within corporations to reflect societal changes. As a high-energy, fiscally conscious and results oriented organizational development consultant, Synegal approaches each new client business challenge with her intrinsic flair for creative problem-solving and calculated risk-taking to drive bottom-line improvements and increased shareholder returns. She has managed an array of projects including corporate restructuring, recovery audits, Agency reports to the EEOC and Barrier Analyses to full workforce inclusion to name a few.

Michele has successfully provided executive coaching services to JLM clients as well as leadership development programs for NIH staff.
