Michael serves as the Director of Business Services for JLM HR Consulting. He has been working in the Information Technology field for over 30 years. During this time, he has held a number of leadership positions working as a network administrator, information systems manager, software trainer, website designer, applications developer, and consultant in the federal government and private sector.
He earned a B.A. Degree in Communications at Howard University and a M.A. Degree Certificate in Information Systems at American University.
Michael brings his depth of experience, technical skills and management capabilities to his current position where he provides technical support to the team while contributing to the Human Resource mission.
